Importance of Vitamins

We eat various food to live. But all food does not contain vitamins. Vitamin is an element of food. Good food contains vitamins and vitamins prevent diseases. There are five vitamins, namely vitamins A, B, C, D and E. Different foods contain different vitamins. Mola fish contains vitamins- A. It prevents eye disease. Brown rice contains vitamin B which supplies iron energy to the body. Lemon and all green vegetables contain vitamin C. It prevents scurvy and skin diseases. Yellow fruits and vegetables contain vitamin D which strengthens our body. All fish and vegetables contain vitamin E. It fills the demand of calcium. Vitamins A,C and E are prescribed for preventing arsenicosis. So we must take foods containing vitamins for the fitness of our bodies.
