National Flag (Paragraph)

Our national flag is the symbol of our sovereignty and freedom. Our national flag is the greatest achievement in Our national life. It is our pride and glory. Our flag is green with a red circle at the centre. The green colour Symbolizes the green nature and peaceful youthfulness of this land and the red circle symbolizes the sun of Freedom, The proportion of the length and breadth of our flag is 10:6 and the radius of the red sun is one-fifth of its length. The designer of our national flag is Quamrul Hassan. The flag is usually made of cotton or silk cloths. In all government office buildings, the national flag is hoisted. Besides, it is also hoisted in educational institutions. The national flag is kept half-mast on the national and public mourning days. By protecting our sovereignty and make our country free from hunger, illiteracy and corruption, we can uphold the honour of our national flag.
