 Introduction: This year we are going to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of our Independence Day. Every year we celebrate our Independence Day but this year is special. This year we will celebrate our 50th Independence Day in a gorgeous way. Now, I am assigned to organize a cultural program to celebrate the day in my school. My plan to stage the program highlighting the heroic struggle and sacrifice in 1971 is described below.

Description: The program will start with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an. Then one of my classmates will present the program. He will first extend a warm welcome to our Chief Guest Mr. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury (The Mayor of Chittagong), President of the School Committee, other members of the Committee, heroic freedom fighters, Headmaster of the School and Teachers. 

Then the national anthem will be sung in groups. 1-minute silence will be observed in honor of all the martyrs. Then the headmaster of the school will present his speech. He will thank all the guests present at the event. Then the chief guest of the program will present his speech. He will fly 50 pigeons on the 50th anniversary of independence. Then the main attraction of the event will start. The day will be celebrated through various cultural events. Some recited patriotic songs and poems, some would perform dances. After that, in memory of all the martyrs, the liberation war of Bangladesh will be staged with the participation of all classes students. 

Then the prize-giving ceremony will start. The chief guest will hand out prizes among the winners. The first part of the program will end with the farewell speech of the headmaster.

After that, a rally led by the class teacher will be held in the area to mark the 50th anniversary of independence. And thus all the work of the ceremony will be finished.

Conclusion: Celebrating the Golden Jubilee of Bangladesh is one of the best parts of our lives. We are very happy to be able to celebrate this day. We hope that we will be able to organize a dynamic program on the golden jubilee of Bangladesh to commemorate the heroic struggle and sacrifice of the freedom fighters in 1971.
